What is your supply-only service?
We manufacture and supply windows, doors, and roofline products for trade customers to collect and install themselves. You get trade pricing without our installation service.
Can I collect from your depot?
Yes, you can collect products from our Grimsby depot. We'll contact you when your order is ready for collection. Delivery is also available.
What are your lead times on supply-only orders?
Standard white windows are typically ready within 2-3 weeks. Coloured or bespoke products may take 3-4 weeks. We aim for the quickest turnaround possible.
Do I need a trade account for supply-only?
While you don't need a trade account, having one gives you better pricing and credit facilities. Cash customers are also welcome.
Do you offer fitting guides or support?
Yes, we can provide fitting guidance and technical support. Our team is available to answer installation questions.
