Skylights & Roof Windows

Skylights are the ideal solution for bringing natural light into rooms where conventional windows aren't an option. Perfect for loft conversions, bathrooms, stairwells, and any space beneath a pitched roof, they transform dark areas into bright, inviting living spaces.

Our skylights are available as fixed units for pure illumination, or opening models that provide valuable ventilation. Electric versions offer convenient remote-control operation, and premium models include rain sensors that automatically close the window when it starts to rain.

Fitted with high-performance glazing and weather-tight seals, our skylights are designed to withstand the British weather whilst keeping your home warm and energy efficient.

Skylights FAQs

What is the difference between a skylight and a roof lantern?

Skylights sit flush or near-flush with the roof surface, making them ideal for pitched roofs. Roof lanterns are raised, multi-sided structures that sit above flat roofs. Both bring in natural light, but skylights are more discreet.

Can skylights be installed on any roof?

Skylights are designed for pitched roofs and can be fitted to most roof types, including tiles and slate. For flat roofs, we'd recommend a flat rooflight or roof lantern instead.

Can skylights be opened for ventilation?

Yes, we offer both fixed and opening skylights. Opening models are available with manual or electric operation. Electric versions can be controlled by remote and some models include rain sensors for automatic closing.

Are skylights energy efficient?

Yes, our skylights feature high-performance double or triple glazing with low-emissivity coatings. They're designed to maximise light while minimising heat loss, which helps keep energy bills down.

Do skylights come with a guarantee?

Yes, all our skylights are covered by a comprehensive 10-year guarantee on both the product and the installation.
