Energy-Efficient Replacement Glazing

Rental properties must meet a minimum EPC rating of E, and that threshold is expected to rise to C by 2030. Swapping out old single-glazed or blown double-glazed units for A-rated glazing is one of the quickest ways to move the needle on your EPC score and bring tenant energy bills down at the same time.

Trickle Vent Installation
