A smashed window or forced door needs sorting the same day. We board up and make the property secure and weatherproof, then come back for the permanent repair or replacement once things have calmed down.
Energy-Efficient Replacement Glazing
Rental properties must meet a minimum EPC rating of E, and that threshold is expected to rise to C by 2030. Swapping out old single-glazed or blown double-glazed units for A-rated glazing is one of the quickest ways to move the needle on your EPC score and bring tenant energy bills down at the same time.
Trickle Vent Installation
Damp and condensation are the complaints landlords hear most. Trickle vents let air circulate in the background without affecting security, keeping moisture levels down. Under updated Building Regulations (Part F), replacement windows have to include them. We retrofit trickle vents to existing windows or fit them as standard with new installations.
